  • + Why is home styling and/or home staging a good idea?
It’s a proven marketing technique that sells your home faster and makes you more money. For most of us, your home is your biggest investment. By presenting it in the best possible light you create that instant appeal, helping buyers emotionally connect with the property and visualising a lifestyle. Not to mention, a beautifully-styled home transforms your professional photography and online listing. We select the right furniture and décor to help make your space look bigger and welcoming, enhancing its best features whilst de-emphasising the less appealing ones. We transform rooms that seem too small or too big and provide solutions of how it can be effectively used. First impressions count so it’s worth making it a lasting one.
  • + Can I use some of my own furniture or furnish select rooms?
Yes, that is absolutely possible and can be a money-saving alternative. We are happy to assess your furniture and/or rooms during the in-person consultation and provide advice about a partial styling option.

Transparency – We provide you with honest guidance and an unbiased view of your property and what can realistically be achieved with your budget expectation. Product diversity – We have access to furniture and homewares that is contemporary-affordable or a premium designer range for that luxury lifestyle. The choice is yours. Flexibility – I are on-hand to problem solve whether its guidance with finishing your renovations or having to delay/move forward the install date.
  • + What design styles do you offer?
Contemporary – an inviting palette of neutrals combined with greys, black and whites with timber accents, greenery, clean lines and a balanced aesthetic. Fresh and appealing in a wide variety of homes including older styles. Coastal – neutral tones that are soft, warm and inviting or the fresh and classic feels of modern Hamptons. I’ll often utilise linens, texture, rattan, light or white timbers, shells and natural materials. Tribal/Boho – a warm palette of nature and earthy colours utilising fringes, beading, rattan, shell, pottery and texture balanced against white, black, timber and greenery. On-trend – using neutrals combined with a colour palette that is right on-trend in the current market. Pieces can often work with older/retro furnishings.
